A few days of use is really comfortable, use it every day, especially in bed at night when playing with the phone, direct, stretching is a good help to the spine. People buy, do not practice yoga also the same stretch.

It very easy to the piece is flexible to move but not flimsy at all. Definitely stretch out my lower back. Seem to be made of good quality material. Highly recommended!

This thing does wonders!!
I couldn’t walk without sharp pain in my lower back and tail bone before this thing. I got in a major car accident a decade ago, where all the air bags came out. And my shirt was soaked in my own blood…. Just so you know how bad the crash was, wasn’t my fault.
Ever since then, I had a lower back ache if i sat longer than 7 hours a day.
With Covid and working from home more. My low back started hurting really bad. This was the perfect back adjustment vs going to Chiropractor once a week and feeling pain the rest of the week !! This helps you get back to normal back alignment.

Simple little device, easy to use, easy to tuck away when not in use. Gives me some relief from the ache of a previous lumbar injury. I like to lay on it (on the floor or in bed), after a workout or before bed.

I’m working from home and most of the time I’m sitting. Sometimes I feel pain in the back. I tried this device it does a good job at stretching. I like how you can adjust the size of your back. I recommend.

I'm writing this review after testing this product for at least two weeks. Overall, the product is solid and sound. I work all day in the lab and suffered from back pain due to longtime lab activities. This product certainly provides relief from back pain. I usually lay on the plastic mold for 5-10 minutes, and it helped me ease the tension and stiffness on my lower back. I used it several times, and it seems to work fine. I also use this to stretch. Sometimes, you have to adjust the levels, which might be slightly tricky to change but not that hard. I highly recommend this product.

This is the BEST back support stretcher I've ever used. Upon first use, I heard a pop in my lower back in a region I've had difficulty with popping myself through daily stretches. I work long hours and I stand most of the day so it definitely takes a toll on my back. This stretcher has alleviated my back pain and made me feel good as new. I highly recommend this to anyone suffering from back pain. Comes well packaged and it'd very easy to assemble. I'm going to buy more as gifts for friends.

All I can say about this back stretcher is Ahhhhhhhhhhh….. Sweet relief! The muscles in the middle of my upper back (between my shoulder blades) basically just stays tight and tense. It has always been pretty much impossible for me to stretch that spot out. This handy little stretcher has gotten the job done. Yes!! I have heard my back happily cracking almost every time I use it. It has really helped keep my back and muscles more relaxed. I swear it is helping my posture as well! It starts as a subtle yet deep stretch and I am working my way up daily to the third setting. I try to do a few minutes each day and can feel such a difference! I am so happy to have found this handy little stretcher!

I’m 6’1, 27yo 325lbs male that have a severe herniated disc which he me bedridden for 2 and a half months, along with sciatica. The pain was (is) no joke. I did not want surgery and figured there was a natural way to heal. After a few hundred dollars and a garage full of failed equipment I saw this back stretcher online. I was skeptical at first but I bought it anyway thinking “nothing to lose right?” I haven’t even had it for an hour and all I can say is WOW. I feel like I’m walking for the first time...again! This product is amazing. Definitely recommend if you have sciatica. I can’t even describe the pain I felt. It also supports my heavy self very well. I should bought this a long time ago.
